With the Werksviertel-Mitte in Munich, OTEC is creating an urban district in which sustainability is consistently implemented ecologically, economically and socially.

 

The aim of our work is to ensure that it is suitable for our great-grandchildren: with what we create today, we want to enable future generations to have a future worth living.

In the Werksviertel-Mitte, diversity, an open mindset and a family atmosphere are lived. We create space for creativity and innovation so that the Werksviertel-Mitte can continue to develop and improve in the future, while remaining aware of its tradition.

History

Since 2016, OTEC has been implementing the idea of transforming the site into a new, innovative district that will continue to offer special spaces for art and (sub)culture and a coexistence of all social classes. The result is a comprehensive transformation: from a manufacturing industrial site to a lively and future-oriented urban district - the Werksviertel-Mitte.
